Non-Cert Ophthalmic Assistant, Opthalmology (Galveston)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Ophthalmic Technical Supervisor, and through collaborative teamwork, provides assistance in the diagnosis and care of ophthalmic patients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

• CPR Certification.

Location:

Galveston will be the primary location

Preferred:

Ideally previous work in an ophthalmology clinic would be great.

Travel or Float:

Yes, depending on clinical need. Travel could be to Friendswood Eye, League City Eye, TX City Eye, home base would be Galveston

Shift:

No, but may work after 5pm if patients still in clinic
