Non-Cdl Delivery Driver

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in Stockton! We are looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. The Non-CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for making 15-25 stops per day on a local route all while operating a box truck safely and defensively. The driver will utilize a pallet jack, dolly, and lift gate to offload the merchandise and transport it to the customers. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 5:00 am-1:30 pm, or until finished.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Safely transport goods to customer locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner

• Load and unload goods at customer locations

• Check in goods at customer locations

• Maintain accurate and organized paperwork

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical/safety issues

• Maintain all required documentation i.e. logbooks, DOT reports, etc…

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Keep truck and associated equipment clean and in good working order

• Communicate with office personnel by means of wireless devices

• Follow all appropriate traffic laws

• Report any accidents/mechanical issues to fleet manager

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

You have:

• Minimum 1-year driving experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Driver License (Class C).

• Customer Service experience

• Clean DMV record

• Detail oriented

• Basic math skills

• Fluency in English

• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work overtime

Salary: $20.00/Hourly

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:00 am-1:30 pm or until finished
