Job Title : NOFO/NOFI Representative

Job Description:
The Representative will be responsible for patient demographic registration, visit creation, insurance registration, chart note scanning, correct DEP selection and pseudo code creation for coding work-queue population.
Responsible for communicating and coordinating with various off-site departments, clinics and hospitals to ensure access to their computer systems for retrieval of appropriate documentation so charge codes can be abstracted from chart notes for billing.
Deals regularly with complex policy and procedural issues that involve contract compliance with regard to HMO and PPO payers.
Should conform to all client and government HIPAA policies and procedures.
Required Experience And Certification:
Should have a high school diploma with 1-2 years patient registration experience.
Preferred bachelors degree and experience in Epic software.
Should work fluently in Excel.
Should have knowledge of patient registration and insurance verification experience in payor websites.

Primary responsibilities for role: This role also delivers quality products and services on time to all customers, internal and external. Where applicable, assist with providing employees with training and resources to meet or exceed customer requirements. Monitor processes and products to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. In some cases, minimal domestic and International travel may be required. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: * Maintenance of sales order entry into SAP * Coordination and Management of outbound shipments to Customers, this includes but is not limited to facilitating import permits, meeting logistic requirements and other related process. * Manage the Track and Trace process to insure meeting the validated shipping requirements * Customer invoicing and SOX compliance * Assist with the management of Logistics Providers, including 3PL warehouses and Freight Carriers * Maintenance of SAP transactions to ensure data integrity and traceability of products * Contribute to Supply Chain strategic/special projects * Collaborating with Planning/Procurement group for ongoing analysis of the required levels of inventory to meet customer requirements. * Performing Ongoing analysis of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Customers On-time Delivery Performance * Other duties which may be assigned by the department manager Customer Service Key Actions: * Seeks to understand customer's needs, educates customers, builds collaborative relationships with customers, takes actions to meet customer needs and concerns, sets up customer feedback systems. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Demonstrated knowledge of SAP (preferably MM/SD modules) * Working knowledge of MS office components, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Prior experience in air transportation, customs clearance processes and international logistics desirable * Proven ability to work under pressure and with ambiguity * Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills * Demonstrated ability to focus on key customer needs * APICS certification/ Six Sigma or equivalent is desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Associates Degree, advanced training or equivalent experience required.
