Support existing automation and monitoring platforms Build and deploy new automation solutions and new production monitors Provide technical leadership and design accountability for production monitoring Drive the transition of non-standard to standard solutions Solve intractable problems with previous domain experience and automation Adhere to group standards for incident, problem, & change Additional Preferred


Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency with monitoring tools including Nagios, SiteScope, Wily, AppDynamics, Netcool, and ELK Experience with configuration management automation tools (Chef, Puppet, SCCM) Experience with revision control source code repositories (Git, SVN) Experience with continuous integration services (GoCD, Jenkins) Knowledge of ITIL taxonomy and non-functional requirements Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewalling. Strong scripting skills, e.g. Bash, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell, Python, etc. Strong knowledge of web protocols and systems Minimum 3 years implementing, troubleshooting, and/or supporting production environments Preferred 5 years in the IT industry supporting financials services Project Description: Primary Function: NOC Production Engineering Design / Build / Support Physical Environment and Working Conditions: Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * Expertise across application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines * Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes * Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, and/or Statistical Analysis tools. * Strong hands-on experience with developing and deploying machine learning based models, statistical models, data mining, and business rules. * Background on basic machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement and deep learning. * Experience with machine learning tools such as Scikit Learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, SparkML, SAS, R, H20, Keras, Café, Theano, etc. * At least 5 years hands-on experience with various programing models such as Spring, Java, Python, or C/C++. * At least 5 years hand-on experience SQL. * Background in implementing and supporting the models in production at scale – microservices development of cloud-native applications using Spring, Kafka, Cassandra. * Familiarity with AWS ML/Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google AI would be preferred. * Familiarity with feature engineering and management, data and model governance and oversight.
