Provide Escalation support for our HelpDesk Team
Be responsible for the configuration and management of CareWorks Tech hosted services
Understand customer needs and deliver solution suggestions based on the need
Ability to plan, design and execute solutions for customer needs
Work under the direction of the NOC Team Lead and Director
Answer inbound phone calls from customers if HelpDesk coverage is needed
Diagnose and repair Desktop/Server Operating Systems, Networks and client applications
Monitor and Maintain client systems by using our RMM system
Provide a high level of support to our customer base
Communicate well with fellow team members and client contacts
Embrace CareWorks Tech processes to ensure a consistent level of support to the customer
Demonstrate excellent planning, prioritization and organization skills
Work well independently or in a team environment; ability to collaborate with team members
Willingness to perform continuing education training and certification when necessary
Monitoring and Management of CareWorks Tech hosted services
At least 5 years of experience maintaining Server infrastructure environments
Working knowledge of Hypervisor technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
Firewall management and configuration experience (Sonicwall, Cisco, etc)
Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining complex multi-layered network environments
Valid Driver license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites for onsite troubleshooting and support
Ability to self-motivate and self-manage through project work
Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate with team members
Be detail oriented and prioritize work based on CareWorks Tech policies
Other Desired Experience
Working knowledge of networking (switching, routing, network security)
Experience with Cisco Network Devices, Sonicwall Firewalls
Experience with controller and cloud based WLAN systems (Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc)
Mac OS configuration and support
Competency certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, etc)
