Analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule and performance related to Army Materiel Command (AMC) Army Metering Program (AMP) Privatized Utilities (UP) Analyst.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors program performance and provides status information to Senior Stakeholders related to AMC AMP UP
Schedules briefings and meetings and manages program files for AMC AMP UP
Researches, plans, analyzes and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develop data for use in briefings, publications and reports relative to AMC AMP UP
Prepares program documents and correspondence such as project authorization documents, action memos, waivers, for AMC AMP UP
Displays working knowledge of government policies, directives, and regulations related to AMC AMP UP
Maintains and/or provides assistance with administrative and tracking systems and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support AMC AMP UP
Collects and makes arrangements for distribution of materials to Senior government stakeholders.
Recommends statistical formats for reports, ensuring consistency with government standards
Plans, schedules and executes special activities as required, lead working groups, capture meeting minutes, works action items.
May provide leadership to lower level project/program support employees
Develops .CSV files to submit to Meter Data Management System.
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages must have .CSV file generation experience.
Secret Security clearance
Preferred:
PMI PMP Certification and/or
ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Practice Manager Certifications and/or
Microsoft EXCEL certificate/certification
Demonstrated Action Officer Experience
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. An active DOD Secret Clearance is required for consideration. This is a full-time position located Huntsville, AL. This position will require travel 5% of the time.
