Experience in standard help desk procedures. Logs all help desk interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions. Experience as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems.Required:

Level I: 0-3 Years related work experience & A.A. degree (may substitute with a High School diploma equivalency with at least 18 months related experience)
Level II: 4-8 Years related work experience & & A.A. degree (may substitute with a High School diploma equivalency with at least 18 months related experience)
Level III: 9-15 years related work experience, B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field, & a certification in accordance with DoD Instruction 8570.01M.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Candidate must possess an Active Secret Security Clearance. This is a full-time position, located in Huntsville, AL.

VIEW JOBS The primary focus will be analyzing and providing solutions for RF related issues on the SLS program. Ensuring sensor performance meets requirements. Support testing activities and analysis efforts for validation of test requirements of RF systems. Experience with routing RF signals from space systems to ground systems. Experience with routing RF signals from ground systems to space systems. Extensive knowledge of Antennas theory and antenna types. Trade-off evaluations of different types of RF components to optimize system performance. Knowledge of RF manufacturing and installation. Support for the development of requirements and verification artifacts through Critical Design Review. Support of engineering document release to the program through the change process and release workflow. Required: <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:13px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other STEM field</li> <li style="margin-bottom:13px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">3 or more years of experience working with RF systems as defined above</li> </ul> Desired: <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:13px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Familiarity with NASA programs and tools (APDM, IPCL, DOORs) </li> <li style="margin-bottom:13px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Experience with Python/Matlab programming</li> <li style="margin-bottom:13px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Experience with Microsoft Office tools</li> </ul> Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. A secret security clearance is not required; however, candidate must be able to pass a background check. This is a full-time position located in Huntsville, AL and travel is expected at least 25%.
