Staff Nurse

This role will support the NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center Critical Care inpatient units including the Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU, CT-ICU, Step-Down Units and more. Additionally, with the brand new Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns opening in 2020, this dynamic role will have the ability to float to this state-of-the-art facility caring for obstetrical patients in the PACU.

You'll have the freedom to explore new specialties and experiences in your nursing career and gain exposure to a broad range of challenges on our highly specialized units. Enjoy flexible scheduling, shared clinical decision-making, inspirational leadership, supportive colleagues and much more.

  • This position offers experience ,education , float pool and night shift differential on top of your base pay.

Preferred Criteria

  • Minimum two years' experience as a Critical Care RN
  • Experience with caring for Post-Cesarean Section patients/ Obstetrical emergencies

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • Current NYS RN licensure

  • BCLS and ACLS certification

  • Proven experience to work autonomously in high pressure situations
