We are looking for a full-time Lead Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with business partners, and other developers on the team. This position is responsible for architecting and designing solutions to our customer's needs that exceed their expectations, setting the technical direction for the team and leading each team member in the resolution of technical issues experienced during the daily execution of their work assignments. Candidates for this position must possess the ability to think conceptually, identify and assist teams in the breakdown of work assignments into manageable tasks, coach and mentor team members in all technical aspects of their work, have excellent development, technical and communication skills, be very knowledgeable of Object Oriented (OO) design concepts and patterns, have an extensive familiarity with web technologies and extensive experience building solutions that effectively integrate multiple domains. Architecting system designs and working with team members to build those designs will be the primary daily responsibility for the individual filling this position. In addition, eliciting and analysis of business requirements, effectively communicating desired design within the team, mentoring all team members, and keeping all levels of management up to date on the status of work activities, will be necessary.
