  • Be passionate about Nike products and services.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store Athlete roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.

  • Deliver the best possible service an attention to all consumers.

  • Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.

  • Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates.

  • Be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events.

  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.

  • Maintain knowledge of various store departments and be available to operate cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary.


  • Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma or GED

  • Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

  • Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English

  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time

  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service

  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred

Assists General Manager in overseeing and directing the Operations, Training and Development. Creates and maintains a positive, supportive environment through building a strong culture. Main Accountabilities * Demonstrates high caliber leadership and the ability to remove obstacles to ensure that restaurants have the highest standards of service, food and the experience (Hedgehogs). * Assists in overseeing training programs for restaurant management and Tribe members, including new procedure rollouts (The Wire, Lyric, Snag, New Recipes, Jolt, etc). * Assists in overseeing compliance with employment-related policies, including but not limited to, policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate conduct, wage and hour policies and child labor laws. * Able to train all positions at a high level as measured by recipe cards and training materials. * Keeps Prep Calculator updated with correct yields and sales information to ensure accurate prep amounts are used each day. * Responsible for training, managing, and developing Tribe with General Manager. * Completes vendor orders and receives all deliveries; ensures proper dating and labeling of all food received into the restaurant. * Manages and monitors the compliance of cash handling policies. * Establishes and manages market priorities and objectives, including meeting current sales & profit goals. * Supports proactive recruiting efforts to maintain proper staffing levels utilizing company tools * Expert in EOW processes * Assists in scheduling process ensuring restaurant is staffed for service and financial expectations. * Supports GM in utilization of pertinent reporting to drive results (Focus, 3 period, VOG, Guest Feedback) * Additional duties as assigned Knowledge& Skills * Ability to make confident decisions and build a high-impact team. * Ability to maintain high energy level and stamina with a demanding schedule and workload * Decision making skills, organizational and conflict resolution skills * Proactive thinker, self-motivated, and displays excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. * Deep P&L and restaurant financial understanding * Clear understanding of KRA’s and goals set during QBP process * Demonstrates ability to utilize and train all tools and systems Qualifications & Work Experience * B.S./B.A. in related field or an equivalent in education and experience * 2+ years of industry related experience * Certified by General Manager and Regional Manager as master of all front of house and back of house operations and have served as Shift Manager preferred. * Must have Food Safety Manager Certification * Must have valid State Driver’s License and Insurance.
