Job Description
The Nightlife Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for assisting the management team with clients and accounts, including, but not limited to reporting, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone for inquiries, and assisting with Marketing projects as requested. Additional tasks include developing and working with sponsors on activations.
Job Responsibilities
Contributing to the procurement and booking of talent for the future programming for Intrigue
Aiding in hosting artists and advancing the show for that night in Intrigue nightclub
Organizing and responding to emails and incoming messages
Creating and maintaining events on the calendar
Designing term sheets to send offers to artist agents
Constructing "one sheets" and ideas for concept parties
Maintaining and organizing specific artist contracts and documents
Documenting detailed notes in executive meeting
Marketing and promoting for pool/nightclub specific events that endorse the venue
Assist in the development of promotional plans in order to increase business levels and sales
Be a representative of Beach and Night Club in a Marketing capacity on a regular basis
Viral Communications is also included in promoting and marketing our venue
Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
Communicate on behalf of Wynn Nightlife to sponsors regarding recaps, activations, and action plans
Organize sponsorship events throughout the year
Qualifications
Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers in a professional manner
Must consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene
Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times
Requires a minimum of 1 year work experience in a Nightclub, hospitality, or other customer service environment
Proficiency with MS Office required.
