Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional food and beverage operations.
• Oversee operations with a strong focus on attention to detail, service standards, and supervision during shifts.
• Assist in managing employee placement, overall operations, staff development, and attendance policies.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained.
• Lead by example.
• Support in managing overall costs and scheduling.
• Process maintenance work tickets and follow up to ensure timely completion of requested tasks.
• Continuously improve the communication process with the team.
• Lead all employees to deliver the best service, work efficiently, and maintain high quality.
• Make fair decisions with employees based on good judgment and common sense.

Requirements

• Must possess a strong sense of professionalism and sociability, and be capable of bringing enthusiasm to the club while also leading, training, developing, and motivating others to create a successful team!
• Reliability is a must, along with a positive and proactive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve success.
• Detailed and well-organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Efficient at managing time and providing timely responses.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Displays professionalism when interacting with employees, entertainers, vendors, and customers.
