Job Summary: The Night Supervisor is responsible for the complete operations of the store when a more senior level manager is not present. This position will be scheduled primarily on 3rd shift to manage tasks that are typically reserved for nighttime shifts, occasionally position will be scheduled on 2nd shift based on business needs. This position will make appropriate recommendations to the store management team regarding any store concern or opportunity. Where applicable, this position will assist the management team with managing the fuel offer.

Principal Duties:
1.Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input.
2.Ensure execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and standards. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow Wawa's Crisis Management procedures when necessary.
3.Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for associates during the shift.
4.Recognize associates and celebrate accomplishments.
5.Enforce Wawa's cash handling and accountability processes and perform manager functions on register.
6.Administrate check-in of external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures.
7.Exhibit a working knowledge of store equipment and ensure facility and store conditions meet established standards.

11.Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
12.Ability to learn and utilize the store's technology
13.Must have reliable transportation
14.Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role
15.Ability to direct others and prioritize tasks

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to work 35 40 hours per week

  • Ability to work primarily third shift with an occasional 2nd shift, weekends and holidays, based on business needs

  • Experience leading, developing and selecting teams preferred

  • Experience effectively implementing change and demonstrated results in execution

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred

  • Experienced in all areas of store operations, including foodservice

  • Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in the following:

  • Exceptional Customer Service

  • Relationship Building

  • Effective Communication

VIEW JOBS 4/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-14T00:00 Application screening will begin on 3/29/19 Hampton Health District seeks the dedication, experience, and expertise of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide leadership and direct line supervision over the Community Nursing team. Duties include but are not limited to staff recruitment, selection, training, scheduling, formal performance evaluation, and managing plans for staff skill development or performance improvement. The selected candidate is also responsible for the following programs: Pre-admission Screenings, Communicable Disease, TB, Maternal-Child Health, and Lead. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of community grants and maintaining partnerships with community organizations. The RN supervisor is expected to augment staff during times of peak service or for staff shortages by providing direct coverage of program task and consultative direction/guidance on additional community nursing matters. Minimum Qualifications The selected candidate will have a current, unexpired Virginia Registered Nurse license and/or with Compact Designation (Multi-State privileges). Must possess working knowledge of the principles and practice of public health as well as prior experience in clinic and/or community health nursing working with diverse populations. Program management and previous leadership/supervisory experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must, with work experience writing report and/or formal/ professional documents. Must have experience in educating and/or training others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power-point) and CPR certification required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Master's in Public Health, Nursing or related field a plus. Prefer previous work experience within and knowledge of public health statues/directives or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Grant management experience and English-Spanish bilingualism a plus.
