Job Summary: The Night Supervisor is responsible for the complete operations of the store when a more senior level manager is not present. This position will be scheduled primarily on 3rd shift to manage tasks that are typically reserved for nighttime shifts, occasionally position will be scheduled on 2nd shift based on business needs. This position will make appropriate recommendations to the store management team regarding any store concern or opportunity. Where applicable, this position will assist the management team with managing the fuel offer.

Principal Duties:
1.Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback and input.
2.Ensure execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and standards. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow Wawa's Crisis Management procedures when necessary.
3.Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for associates during the shift.
4.Recognize associates and celebrate accomplishments.
5.Enforce Wawa's cash handling and accountability processes and perform manager functions on register.
6.Administrate check-in of external and internal vendors according to corporate procedures.
7.Exhibit a working knowledge of store equipment and ensure facility and store conditions meet established standards.

11.Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
12.Ability to learn and utilize the store's technology
13.Must have reliable transportation
14.Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role
15.Ability to direct others and prioritize tasks

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to work 35 40 hours per week

  • Ability to work primarily third shift with an occasional 2nd shift, weekends and holidays, based on business needs

  • Experience leading, developing and selecting teams preferred

  • Experience effectively implementing change and demonstrated results in execution

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred

  • Experienced in all areas of store operations, including foodservice

  • Proven and consistently demonstrated skills in the following:

  • Exceptional Customer Service

  • Relationship Building

  • Effective Communication

Essential Responsibilities: Collaborates with Radiologists, Service Area Manager and Service Line Managers ensuring clinically standardized and quality focused care to all members. Ensures adherence to currently established departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. Manages appointment access to comply with regional targets and develops action plans for areas not meeting those targets. Supervises and ensures day to day operational effectiveness of department. Supervises all staff within the department maintaining safe staffing levels within productivity standards and procedure guidelines. Ensures adherence to policies regarding accreditation standards from ACR, FDA/ MQSA, as well as state regulations for Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia. Performs internal departmental audits regularly to include management of CND, incomplete studies, etc. Rounds the department daily presenting results and follow up action plans when necessary. Supports the development, documentation, monitoring, training, and orienting of all department employees. Supports monitoring tools that were developed to assess quality and establish consistency throughout the department. Attends and supports the department in Center/ Cluster QI meetings. Supports the process and culture of continuous performance and quality improvement. Manages department operating budget (to include payroll, non payroll and agency), maintaining budget neutral or positive variances, outlining appropriate action plans to correct deficiencies. Maintains a positive and professional attitude with peers, patients, families/significant others, medical center staff, physicians, and visitors. Basic Qualifications: Experience Minimum seven (7) years of clinical Radiology experience in one (1) modality required, but a second modality preferred. Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisor or lead role in Radiology department. Education Bachelor's degree in radiological science or applicable field required OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field. High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration ARRT or equivalent certification required. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations required Previous financial and performance management experience required. Work one weekend per month required.
