Position Information

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking energetic Warehouse Associates to work with our Fulfillment and Warehouse team in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for customer-oriented representatives to act as a liaison for our Fans by performing system and or manual tasks to support operations to fulfill Fan orders.

Shift Structure

Front Half : Sunday-Wednesday / 6:30 PM-5AM / shift differential $1.00

Back Half :Wednesday- Saturday/ 6:30PM-5AM/ shift differential $1.25

Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday/ 6:30PM-5AM /shift differential $1.00

Hourly Pay Rate: $11.50

Seasonal Fanatics Associates are entitled to benefits such as approved time off; holiday pay; and company discounts, during the terms of employment. Conversion opportunities for Full Time positions may be available based on business need.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Perform Warehouse Processes to Support Inbound and Outbound Operations

  • Accurately Prep, Pick, and Prepare shipping Orders to Meet Shipping Cutoff Times

  • Process Orders According to Fanatics and Regulatory Standards

  • Properly Prepare, Stage, and Document Product for Reverse Logistics in Order to Keep Inventory Fresh and Warehouse Space Open for New Products to Be Introduced

  • Perform Stock Consolidation as Necessary to Improve Inventory Performance and Accuracy

  • Participate in Annual Inventory Count, As Needed

  • Utilize Fulfillment and Manufacturing System to Research Issues and Attempt to Locate Missing Inventory Before Requesting a Re-Make

  • Field Questions from the Warehouse Team and Escalate Issues and or Production Timeline on All Necessary Items

  • With Appropriate Cross-Training, Provide Back Up Support in Other Areas

  • Maintain Established Safety, Quality, and Productivity Metrics in Assigned Department

  • Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned

Position Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be Able to Lift Approximately 25 lbs.

  • Must be Able to Perform Physical Duties of Position such as Assisting in Moving Product from Printing to Packaging Departments

  • Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Inventory Control Programs

  • Ability to Stand 8 to 10 Hours per Day

  • May be Expected to Walk Up to 10 miles per day

  • Able to Understand and Follow Verbal and Written Instructions with Minimal Supervision

Responsibilities: The Night Warehouse Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are: Ensures warehouse is maintained in a safe and sanitary manner, communicates to appropriate personnel if tasks need completion. Assigns and balances daily workload to warehouse personnel. Assists with receiving, storing, selecting, loading, or checking when needed. Compiles shift reports including productivity and accuracy statistics and shares with Ops Management team. Coaches and Trains/Retrains associates on performance and safety topics; completes COACH cards and preferred work method assessments. Assists with Safety incident investigations when needed. Safety - Conducts pre shift meetings and stretches. Maintains PM’s for MHE and collects monthly OSHA Cards. Conducts Pre/ Post shift walk through to ensure warehouse is in a safe and secure manner. Other duties as assigned. Night Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications: The Night Warehouse Supervisor must have the following: A High School Diploma or its equivalent 2 - 3 years warehouse experience in increasingly responsible positions. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Required Night Warehouse Supervisor Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English (in email and verbally) Manage deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Have good organizational and time management skills. Have the ability to prioritize, multitask and work under a high stress environment. Have very strong attention to detail. Must be Self-Motivated and hard work driven. Must be able to follow Preferred Work Methods. Must be able to work safely in all areas of the warehouse.
