Assembly Technician- Night Shift- Full-time- Easley (SC), United States.
Join our FE_WIBU team within the Flow Equipment division in the United States as an Assembly Technician to help us to the next level. The Assembyl Technician will eprform pump assembly, testing and painting functions in a team environment while following quality and safety system procedures. The Assembly Technician role will be on night shift.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Builds process pumps according to the bill of materials and work instructions
Performs hydrostatic tests and pump performance tests according to the work instructions
Paints pumps and spare parts according to the order and work instructions
Performs all the in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructions
Follows quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
Safety obligations:
All employees understand and are able to explain the structure and objectives of the SBP.
All employees follow the safety rules.
All employees have "the right and duty to intervene" in the event a safety concern becomes evident. In addition, acceptance of an intervention should be accepted in a positive manner as it could have prevented an accident.
All employees are required to comply with all work instructions, policies, and posted signs or instructions regarding safety, including but not limited to proper use of required PPE at all times.
