• Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations during the shift

• Perform property inspections to ensure that all Retail Outlets, Food and Beverage outlets, public area, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and service levels are of the highest standards

• Support All Outlets, Front Desk and Security with any Guest situations that arise

• Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place

• Provide support with conflict resolution always promoting exceptional "Hospitality Service"

• Provide General Manager and Division Heads with a Nightly Recap Report
