Works closely with the General Manager in overseeing the hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development.
Supervises the work of all hotel staff and assist where needed. Responsible for the operation of all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
Manages all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager
Functions as an administrative link between and among departments.
Assists the General Manager in enforcing all policies and procedures of the hotel.
Monitors safety conditions and employees adherence to safety procedures.
Assists with all guest complaints.
Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the hotel to assure that cleanliness, safety.
Performs other duties as assigned.
