Desired Skillsets Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing. Familiarity with metal stud framing. Proficient at painting.

Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques. Demonstrates strong fine carpentry and "handyman" skills. Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work.

Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed. Candidates should have the following: Stable job history Good references Dependable to be at work and on time, and have a reliable means of transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Fl.
