Night Custodian Sweeper 2 Hpd (2024-2025) - North Bullitt High

This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.

North Bullitt High School is seeking an energetic, team-oriented candidate to perform routine custodial activities. The selected candiate will be responsible for duties as assigned by our lead custodian and will include assisting with clean up following daily and night.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.

This position is 2 hours per day and 178 days per year.

(170 student instructional days, 7 planning days and 1 extended)

Contracted hours will be adjusted based upon start date.

(This position is part-time and would need to be combined with another position to be eligilbe for benefits)

Step 0: $14.05

Step 10: $16.00

New employees to the district may bring in up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience. (NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the applicant hired to submit the BCPS verification of experience form to their prior employer to complete and return to HR.)

Although Classified positions are paid on an hourly rate, salary is set up on a year long contract and divided by the remaining number of paychecks. This position is considered a ten month employee on the pay schedule. 4 paychecks will be paid at the end of June.
