The Night Crew Lead is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. He/She is responsible for the success of overnight stocking operations.

  • When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest

  • Responsible for the success of overnight stocking operations

  • Supervise the night crew to perform shelf stocking and back-room duties

  • Assign daily work schedules

  • Responsible for ordering and replenishment of the store

  • Maintain team motivation to reach their daily goals

  • Train and coach team members as necessary

  • Performs stocking duties including; lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering

  • Performs general housekeeping duties on sales floor and backroom areas

  • (If on the aisles during opening hours) Must be attentive at all times to needs of guests and be ready and able to direct/take guest to items in question

  • Performs other duties as requested or required by management

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00pm-7:00am

  • Ability to work at fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner

  • Ability to perform all physical aspects of stocker duties, including but not limited to bending lifting, squatting, climbing, walking and at times running

  • Ability to operate all ordering and backroom equipment, including a box baler, and safety cutter

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

Works with various technical teams in the Information Systems following established processes.</strong><br /> <strong>2. Acts as a subject matter expert in the areas of Building Automation Systems (BAS) area of technical expertise, contributing to high level architecture, design and development and making recommendations for improved system performance and more effective use of technology.</strong><br /> <strong>3. Responsible for project management that may include: project planning, deliverable tracking, budget tracking, vendor management, and project reporting to technical and business management.</strong><br /> <strong>4. Works with business analysts and business user communities to understand business requirements.</strong><br /> <strong>5. Performs analysis and documentation for system design as well as on-going documentation of development.</strong><br /> <strong>6. Performs testing of applications and performs bug fixes, working with testers and users to insure quality and proper application functionality.</strong><br /> <strong>7. Provides technical support, working with technical team members and with business users as required to provide troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues.</strong><br /> <strong>8. Attends meetings with technical and business management to report project status and conveys top-down communications and directives to technical team.</strong><br /> <strong>9. Creates user-end documentation and may be involved in user training.</strong><br /> <strong>10. Must be capable of dealing with internal customers as well as vendors in order to coordinate installations and application deployment.</strong><br /> <strong>11. Maintain all equipment and facilities in good working order. Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and report issues to vendors for repairs to equipment according to established procedures.</strong><br /> <strong>12. Communicate issues and provide feedback to the Facility Support Manager regarding maintenance issues, facility/equipment faults.</strong><br /> <strong>13. Utilize maintenance work order system to complete incidents, close completed tickets, enter resolutions and update according to company policies and procedures.</strong><br /> <strong>14. Complete assigned work by required deadline. Respond to high priority issues according to guidelines.</strong><br /> <strong>15. Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes.</strong><br /> <strong><u>Working Relationships:</u></strong><br /> <strong><u>1. Nature/Purpose of Contact with Others (not including direct/indirect reports or supervisor):</u></strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Partner with Facilities Operations business unit to understand and support all existing production systems as well as handle project management of all future IT projects in the area and interface with all required IS departments to implement following all established policies and processes. <br /> <br /> <u>2.
