Make outbound calls to customers by utilizing the Autodialer in order to collect balances after insurance by credit card or check over the phone, set up payment arrangements, or encourage the customer to send payment to the hospital. This position starts at $14.00 an hour plus a monthly incentive based on performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned .
Make outbound calls to customer by utilizing the Autodialer and attempt to obtain balances from customers
Receive incoming calls from customers
Analyze customer accounts in order to assist with questions
Effectively communicate with customers, teammates and management
Work as a team, assisting others as needed
Use customer service skills to de-escilate patient calls
Must be willing to work shift that include staying until 9:00pm Monday-Thursday and 7:00 pm on Fridays Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
