We are currently seeking a dedicated, career-driven full time night auditor to join our talented team in delivering extraordinary experiences to our members. Position Summary: The Night Auditor oversees front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accurate and efficient guest services while balancing daily financial transactions.

This role combines customer service with financial responsibilities to ensure smooth nightly operations and the integrity of the hotel's financial records. This position is Sunday through Thursdays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Perform nightly auditing/balancing of Club financial transactions ensuring that all financial records are accurate and comply with hotel policies. Monitor hotel security, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Handle emergency situations per hotel procedures.

Prepare for the next day's activities by organizing front desk materials and reports. Require A strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Self-motivated and takes initiatives.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively and professionally.

Ability to actively listen and respond to requests in a professional, effective and efficient manner. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with computers, various software, office equipment, calculators, etc.

Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift as well as bend, stoop, reach, twist. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push and pull equipment. Ability to withstand various degrees of temperatures during shift.

Ability to recall member’s names to personalize the service. Attending meetings as assigned. Respectful of all as teamwork is important because together everyone achieves more.
