This Night Auditor position supports our Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Norwood, MA!

Shift needed: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM Fridays and Saturdays

A Night Auditor is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balancing accounts from the day shift. They check in guests arriving at night, handle guest requests and take reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices, and prepares reports. At the late shift you may at times be working without direct management oversight, so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day as well as checking in or out guests during non-traditional hours. Posting BEO's (Banquet Event Orders).

• 2+ years of hotel front desk/night audit experience preferred

• Lightspeed, Marriott Empower, hotel reservations experience preferred

• Associates degree preferred

• Prior cash handling experience is necessary.

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members. Read, write, and speak English fluently.

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and resolve customer situations without direct management oversight. Effective decision maker and detail-oriented; efficient and thorough

The hiring range for this position is $21.39 to $26.78 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
