As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for greeting our guests, answering to their needs, informing them of the local area and hotel amenities and ensuring a seamless visit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking phone calls and making reservations
Offering a warm welcome and a sincere farewell to our guests
Communicating with each department to ensure the needs of our guests are fulfilled
Maintaining a clean, organized Front Office area
Scanning, Faxing and Email
Maintaining Attention to detail and guest service
