Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will perform raw material and component review to ensure correct quantities, labeling, and visual appearance. You will also perform weight checks for incoming and dispensed materials ensuring compliance with established procedures. Your role includes operating scales, setting up, operating, and cleaning in compliance with batch records and SOPs, packaging equipment. You will be responsible for identifying defects and reporting quality issues, conducting in-process testing and inspections as required by Master Batch Record, and actively participating in Production team and Site communication meetings. You will also contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) writing in the technical area and follow strict internal protocols and SOPs as well as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), complying with legal regulations, and monitoring the environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Our Production Supervisor will be part of a small team of 15 people, working closely with other departments. The shift for this role will be the 3rd Shift, from 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday-Friday.
