NICU- Registered Nurse MLee Healthcare is collaborating with a respected health system to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this role, the RN will deliver specialized care to critically ill newborns, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and provide essential support to their families. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply Key Responsibilities Provide direct and compassionate care to critically ill newborns using specialized NICU equipment.
Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement timely interventions. Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Educate and offer emotional support to parents and families on neonatal care and infant health.
NICU- Registered Nurse Requirements Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR-BCLS certification (must be obtained before completing orientation). Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required by end of orientation). STABLE program certification (required by end of orientation).
