Nicu Orderly

Job Overview:

Maintains cleanliness of NICU equipment and follows up repairs of the same with BioMed Department. Maintains NICU rooms and supplies in an orderly manner. This role does not provide direct patient care. Assumes responsibility for care of patients and functions as a member of the health care team, taking direction and guidance from a Registered Nurse. All work responsibilities are provided in compliance with and according to department policy/procedure.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

• Successful completion of the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Assistant course

• Completion of all orientation programs

Preferred:

• Prior healthcare experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift Working: 12:00AM (Midnight) 5:00AM

• Shift Working: Night Shift, Three (3) Days Per Week

• Every Other Weekend Required

• Part-Time, 15 Hours Per Week
