NH Production Operator

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Competently operate the mixer, dump mill, blend mill, batch-off, warehouse, and bagging stations on a rotational basis.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

• Follow all safety procedures.

• Comply with ISO 9001 procedures and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Experience Required:(Education, experience, special skills, certification)

• Ability to read and write in English

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Previous experience in rubber preforming is preferred but not required.

• Must be at least 5'7" tall and able to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis.

Base hours:

1st shift: Monday

• Friday 6am-2pm

2nd shift Monday

• Friday 2pm

• 10pm

Overtime worked is scheduled for 4 hours at either the beginning or end of the base shift and is distributed based on needs and seniority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $21.62/hour plus $0.50/hour 2nd shift premium

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
