The Technology Order Fulfillment (TOF) organization is looking for an NPI Program Manager to lead a cross functional team for New Product Introductions on the Supply Chain team located in Santa Rosa, CA supporting PICO modules. Develop, drive and implement NPI plans to ensure a smooth handoff between R&D and Order Fulfillment manufacturing. Close alignment with the cross functional team including Keysight Labs, Instrument R&D, PICO Manufacturing, PMTC manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning, will be key to a successful NPI Launch.
Responsibilities
Lead an NPI cross functional team, being accountable and holding NPI team members accountable for project deliverables
Work closely with the R&D Project Manager to create a detailed, single-aligned NPI project schedule including key cross functional activities and triggers
Develop NPI risk assessment, including triggers and contingency plans
Actively support and drive Product Lifecycle requirements throughout the NPI, cross functionally
communicate, track and monitor current progress toward key milestones and completion of NPI deliverables.
Cross functional communications to ensure team alignment
Management communications to report project metrics, status, risks, and appropriate escalations to minimize any negative impacts
Develop and coordinate prototype builds and product ramp (goals, agendas, schedules)
Define and track contingency/mitigation plans through closure
Lead, track and communicate the product's path from prototype to production stability
Lead continuous process improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness of the processes used to introduce new products.
Understand & support Keysight corporate wide structures to adapt processes to work within boundaries
Qualifications

Strong understanding and experience using the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process

Have the ability to use positive influence to achieve cross-functional goals and keep a cross-functional team moving toward a common goal
Excellent communicator written and spoken
Great understanding of how to balance business risks/benefits and project risks/benefits
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience on new product introductions or project management.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California pay range: MIN $88,000- MAX $147,000
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
