What does a production engineer do?
Production engineers work on the front lines of amanufacturing plant. They're responsible for troubleshooting equipment,monitoring key performance indicators, and making improvements to the plantoperation. Production engineers are the first line of engineers who troubleshoota unit operation when something goes awry. They develop operating proceduresfor the operators to follow. Production engineers implement solutions toprevent operational problems from reoccurring. If you like putting your hands-onequipment and seeing immediate results from your work then productionengineering is a fit for you.
What does an engineer need to do to be successful atAdvanSix?
Prove they can balance multiple projects withcompeting priorities and deadlines
