CACI is seeking a New Equipment Fielder / Training Manager to manage multiple training and fielding teams for various US Military Devices. Must be local to the greater Fayetteville area and willing to commute to the CACI Fayetteville, NC office three times per week. This position will lead teams responsible for fielding and training a broad spectrum of U.S. Military Personnel in the proper function, use, and maintenance of Devices and equipment as required.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Develops and presents complex training programs for soldiers and contractor personnel related to US Military Individual Equipment

• Coordinates with customer to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedule programs

• Testing and Evaluation of trainers to measure their expertise and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations

• Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules

• Provides guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills

• Provide sustainment support for assigned equipment

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience

• Must possess Army MOS 11 (Ranger Qualified) or 18 Series

• Requires advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision and Thermal equipment typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience

• Must have experience utilizing the Standard Management Asset Readiness Tool (SMART)

• Active Secret Security Clearance

• Must be able to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS)

• Must have experience as a military and/or tactical instructor

• Must have experience in managing groups larger than 50 employees

• Military Instructor Certified

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,700 - $134,000
