Primary Responsibilities

The New England Transportation Program Manager is responsible for coordination and oversight of New England transportation marketing programs and initiatives. Oversees business development activities for planning, design, and construction programs; works with local operations managers and regional directors in the areas of strategic planning, development of annual and long term goals, program leadership, client development, community and industry participation, project pursuits, and marketing training. This role will be based out of our Boston, MA office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage transportation marketing efforts, communications and client development with business, operations, marketing and project staff to maximize client satisfaction, company growth and profitability.

  • Manage the development of transportation marketing plans and budgets and implement tracking and reporting of marketing performance indicators, needed actions, and process improvements.
