Responsibilities As a New Customer Specialist, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be a successful member of our administrative team.

You will use teamwork along with self-management to build relationships with our customers through a customer-focused lens and be a key point of contact for both PermaTreat employees and current and potential customers.

Qualifications As a New Customer Specialist at PermaTreat, you must possess the following skills/requirements: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications Strong attention to detail and follow through Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
