Job Summary: This role is responsible for estimating commercial projects and plans, coordinating, executing, maintaining, and managing an effective field construction by utilizing the necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, subcontractors, and other resources to effectively perform the scope of work within an allotted budget and time schedule. As a New Construction/Commercial Project Manager you will have flexibility over your own schedule! Pay: Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions, 100k+ Target Compensation, Top Pay for Top Talent Compensation will depend on experience and licensing and will increase with skills and continued education Hours: 7:30am

• 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends Required Qualifications: 2+ Years Project Management experience Associate degree in related discipline Commercial HVAC Experience Commercial Plumbing Experience Construction management experience Knowledge of the construction process (RFI, RFP, Change orders etc.) Valid driver's license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office) Strong attention to detail Well organized and ability to work independently Problem solving skills Positive Attitude Have a basic understanding of the Building process Excellent Communication skills Excellent Follow through with clients Willing and able to attend networking events on company behalf Have a strong understanding of Plumbing and HVAC systems.
