You'll join a community team - including leasing, maintenance, The Goat and wellness team members - committed to reinforcing the brand and creating a participation-driven environment for residents, guests, and neighbors.

The LPM team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you'll work in partnership with construction, marketing, development and capital markets in order to achieve desired occupancy goals in line with timeline deemed necessary to stabilize.

Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

  • Leads, manages, directs and develops community leasing and maintenance teams.

  • Manages the customer experience.

  • Manages general leasing activities

  • Ensures community operates within approved budget.

  • Effectively manages incentive tracking should incentives be available.

  • Ensures property maintenance meets Company quality standards at all times.

  • Ensures team completes work in accordance to all required compliance standards and applicable regulations

  • Meets all monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational targets.

  • Monitors current market position and establishes plans, as needed, to meet objectives.

  • Reviews and manages all resident accounts and performs necessary timely collection processes.

  • Maintains a positive work environment at all times.

  • Attends regular corporate meetings and remains primary point of contact between corporate office and the property and maintains open communication with divisions on property location.

Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but High school degree or equivalent required.

  • At least two years (2) experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service, and/or property management environment required.

  • The ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.

  • Work requires the knowledge or the the ability to learn Entrata property management software in a timely manner.

  • Work requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully manage through conflict and problem-solve issues or situations to successful resolution

  • Work requires strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Company health and safety policies and procedures.
