Baird & Warners New Client Development (NCDT) Department is Growing so we're adding to our awesome team! Hiring an New Client Care Associate responsible for creating relationships with consumers that will result in client appointments by accepting and responding to incoming phone calls, texts, emails and chat inquiries from potential buyers, sellers and renters. NO COLD CALLING! You will utilize provided systems, strategies and tools available to connect via phone, video, text and email to follow up, qualify, engage and nurture potential clients attracted by various sources including but not limited to websites, social media advertising, text services and 3rd party lead sources. Must be committed to creating rapport and building relationships with clients by developing effective sales skills, impeccable written skills and excellent phone conversational skills with a focus on achieving a unsurpassed client service experience resulting in the sales goals of the department.

General Job Description
  • Respond to and engage inbound consumer inquiries for the purpose of setting client appointments for outside Listing and Buyer Specialists.
  • Use dialogues provided for the purpose of creating rapport and communicating our value proposition of the client-centric one-stop shopping concept by including mortgage pre-approval with Key mortgage and the recommendation of a Baird & Warner Title vetted attorney.
  • Input/ and manage client & lead databases using dialogues, systems, action plans and strategies as required
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture opportunities until appointments are set.

Key Activities & Duties

  • Set and meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as specified.
  • Track all key business activities as required.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Attend training, meetings and specials events
  • Manage contacts and daily tasks using our CRM system

In order to perform this job the candidate must possess the following:

  • Must possess and maintain a current Illinois Broker Associate Real Estate License.
  • Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, G Suite, and Internet, along with a commitment to quickly learn specialized programs.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Available some evenings and weekends on rotating basis- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day and may be required to work both weekend days on occasion.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience preferred.
