Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is seeking a New Car Sales Manager with previous High Line experience to provide direction and expertise while developing your team's sales skills.
The ideal candidate will lead by demonstrating the behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and safety standards.
Assisting Sales Associates with closing of deals
Overseeing the efforts of vehicle sales associates to enhance the dealerships image, the customer experience and achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction
Forecasting daily and monthly goals for the department and strive to meet them
Completing customer follow-up
Monitoring all three areas of Traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce and Phones
Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of Sales Associates
Conducing daily and weekly sales meetings, to include training
Working with the Sales VP on vehicle inventory to be carried, based on sales and market analysis
Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New Car Sales Department
Assisting in the operation of F & I back-up with credit bureaus, on-pays and properly filled out forms and deal packs
Candidates will be held in confidence and must be able to pass an in depth interview process, background screening and reference check.
Five years of experience in Sales Management.
F&I Experience required.
Two years minimum Sales Experience.
College degree or experience equivalent.
Excellent communication, supervisory and leadership skills
In depth knowledge and proven utilization of DMS and CRM systems.
Must have valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits in order to drive both customer vehicles and a demonstrator vehicle.
Must be insurable.
Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
