Kronos is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced enterprise sales executive dedicated to making a difference in Human Capital Management and Workforce Management. Somebody who is comfortable in working closely with HR, Operations & Finance professionals to develop a strategic approach to HCM and assists contacts to become (more) strategic business partners in their respective companies.

As Sales Executive you will take Kronos product capabilities and value to potential clients, match our strengths to clients' needs and close high complex software deals. The successful candidate has executive level contacts and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations. You must be extremely results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market with passion!

Your territory of focus will be the Benelux and can be based in Belgium or The Netherlands. Over-achieve the set revenue targets and execute your sales plan with clear goals, strategies and actions. Grow market share by finding new customers. Manage the full sales process with autonomy:

  • Maximising sales revenue (cloud software and professional services) delivering 100%+ revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles.

  • Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities.

  • Prospect aggressively to develop new business partners through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling; including follow up appropriately to obtain appointments

  • Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts

  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects

  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers

  • Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.

  • Proactively developing marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within the relevant sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in driving new business sales

  • Successful experience within either IT / software solution / ERP Solution / HCM / WFM

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation and close.

  • Strong industry vertical knowledge and experience providing business application software in the retail, manufacturing or service and distribution sector is a plus.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus but not necessary.

  • Tenacious, persistent, target orientated, resilient and commercially astute.

  • Ability to communicate and articulate clearly at every touch point internally and externally.

  • Strong customer facing and presentation skills.

  • A 'can do' attitude.
