Don't forget to take a look at our comprehensive benefits SUMMARY This position is responsible for leading, planning, directing, and coordinating the new business development activities. This includes, generating leads, managing working groups, oversee strategies, project management, partnership developments, and outside sales. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of New Business Development, Global Part SBU in the Supply Chain Division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Generate leads, new business ideas and develops relationships by attending expos, networking events etc. Conducts market research, surveys and prepare the reports in line with new leads requirement. Prepare presentation material, prospect and connect with potential customers through cold calling or other means to promote Toyota Tsusho services Lead the outside sales members in promoting new products or services Responsible for planning, leading, and managing new business development working groups Create and manage monthly reports, KPI, and email distribution groups Collaborate with different business teams within Toyota Tsusho group domestically and internationally Plan and manage projects Support investment initiatives and activities Liaise with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations as required Support preparing approval documents for internal approvals Other duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 9-12 years experience in New Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

Certification in Japanese language skill (JLPT N2 or above) is preferred but not required.
