As a result of growth and promotions, Great Lakes Roofing Corporation now has an opening for a New Business Development
We seek a driven, intrinsically motivated addition to our sales team. Someone who understands the art of building relationships and proactively places outbound calls consistently pursuing a 'next opportunity'.
Required Skills & Qualifications of New Business Development
2-3 years of outbound calling experience, and/or lead generation
Polished listening skills to identify challenges that clients & prospects are facing, so we can deliver solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.
This is NOT a receptionist role. Your 'hunter' efforts will convert leads into appointments for your Outside Sales partner. Your heightened sense of urgency will set the pace creating measurable results to reach commission/bonus targets.

Responsibilities of New Business Development

Full-time at 30 hours, your flexible hours are to be worked Mon
Fri during the typical 7a
5p work day. You make your schedule with your team.
Put your kids on the bus, attend health appointments, sick/snow day caregiver responsibilities, side hustle - whatever it is…we've got flexibility for you. We offer optional hybrid work-from-home with a provided laptop.
