Drive profitable growth by leading, coaching and developing assigned ACD advisors in the Plano branch hub. Responsible for delivering a compelling business plan emphasizing GDC growth, Client Acquisition and Financial Planning for the Advisor Career Development Program.


Train ACD advisors through a standardized training curriculum to become proficient at acquiring financial planning clients through the six key activities, mastering scripts, overcoming objections and phone clinics.

Coach and motivate advisors to be persistent, to deal with rejection, to manage ups and downs of the business.

Identify coaches, set expectations, and demonstrate-observe-confirm their skills in providing meeting coverage for new advisors.

Ensure advisors are achieving their goals through accountability reviews, escalating performance issues and gaps to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Obtain and maintain appropriate registrations to provide oversight on broker/dealer operations and develop advisor training (Series 7 & 24).

  • Maintain state securities registrations in resident state, place of business, and states where securities-based compensation is received.

  • Maintain an insurance license in resident state, place of business, and states where insurance-based compensation is received.

  • Maintain Investment Advisor Representative registration in investment advisor representative states with a place of business (Series 65/66).

  • 3+ yrs of people mgmt and 4+ yrs of professional experience. Excellent compliance record and knowledge of compliance requirements.

margin: 0;">Dispatch and assign Technicians to service calls based on technical certification levels and/or skillset and proactively communicate with external customers to update technicians scheduling, service repair completions, quotations or delays</li> </ol>   <ol> <li value="2" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Verify unit information and repair description submitted by external customers for Technicians to efficiently order parts required to complete repair</li> </ol>   <ol> <li value="3" style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Communicate with customers when additional product support opportunities are identified by technicians and secure approval to proceed with quotation and or completion</li> </ol>   <ol> <li value="4" style="padding: 0;
