Network Systems Engineer

Seeking a Network Systems Engineer for our Information Systems Team.

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team member-owned multi-specialty care group of more than 250 providers and 900 team members headquartered in Johnson City, TN with 35 locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, install, upgrade/change, secure, report, operate, and maintain the following:

• Local, wide area, and wireless networks - routing and switching, remote access and secure VPN connectivity.

• IP based phone systems, PRI, and call routing management.

• Microsoft Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.

• Physical and virtual server infrastructure.

• IP Address Management infrastructure.

• Internet Access Services, internet connectivity, routing, and internet web content filtering.

• Network and systems monitoring.

• System interfaces (i.e., HL7, SFTP, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in network engineering, information systems, information technology, or computer engineering.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of five years related experience in network systems design, project management, technical support and troubleshooting or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in a physician office setting is preferable.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• MCP, VCP, A+, CCNA or comparable IT Certification

• Certification may be waived with 10+ years of direct networking or systems design and technical support experience
