Job Summary

As a Network Systems Administrator you are the go-to person to roll out and maintain business critical networks and services for a wide range of companies. You are also an escalation point for support staff, handling the complex requests that come through on a weekly basis.

You are highly technical and are comfortable problem solving complex issues with little oversight.

In depth technical knowledge of Juniper/Cisco/Arista network and Server administration is a must. You're a fast learner and great communicator who can design and architect technical solutions for today's business needs. The ability to effectively document your work is critical to your success.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Architect complex solutions based on business needs
  • Design technical infrastructure from the ground up
  • Work directly with client point of contact (C-level and others)
  • Documentation for internal and client usage
  • Tier three Support for Helpdesk

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fundamental networking knowledge
  • Experience configuring and designing with Cisco/Juniper/Arista etc
  • Ability to architect networks with security in mind
  • Deep technical knowledge Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy,...
  • Knowledge of messaging infrastructure (Exchange 2003-2010, Google Apps for business, etc...)
  • Expertise in deploying business critical applications and solutions
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions
  • Strong customer service, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude is a must

The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new modules, workflow enhancements, data interchange, and reporting in UltiPro. This person will serve as the technical expert of this software product. Position provides relevant production support, which includes researching and resolving problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Act as a business analyst by forming strong partnerships with users; seek information from users and understand their needs. Assist users by describing and understanding UltiPro's solutions and leverage UltiPro to meet business needs. * Process daily request from users. Provide production support, research and resolve system related issues; perform scheduled activities (mass updates), and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet new and existing requirements. * Assist with implementation of new functionality which will include test scripts, testing, creating user documents and training documents. * Create and maintain a variety of reports or queries utilizing the appropriate reporting tools.
