The Mental Health and Wellness Provider Recruiter recruits for ComPsychs network of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors in order for us to assist our customers with their Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and behavioral health needs.

What youll be doing:

  • You will identify, screen, recruit and contract prospective Providers for ComPsych's EAP, managed care, and specialty networks

  • Negotiate the Provider's rates while complying within ComPsych's established guidelines and procedures

  • You will develop and use your understanding of provider experience and credentials to effectively recruit, expanding our networks

  • Create networks of mental health professionals to develop a pipeline of future providers

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required

  • You possess 2+ years of business experience in a professional environment

  • Strong web based research skills and strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to work independently using your sound judgment skills to make decisions on provider fit

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, prioritization and problem solving

  • You have superior customer service skills; treating all interactions with providers and internal customer with care

  • Excellent organizational skills, including consistent follow-up

  • Your experience in Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry is preferred

  • Must be able to work on-site in the Chicago Office
