We develop and market one-way data diode information transfer products that move information securely and unidirectionally from one network security domain to another. Our certified products are integrated into the IT infrastructures of every major agency in the US intelligence community, and play a key role in secure network communication Cross Domain Solutions. Our technology enforces one-way data transfer in hardware, and is impervious to software attack. Our products provide a one-way trust-nothing controlled interface for any isolated security enclave that requires network communications capability and absolute assurance against data leakage.

What You Will Be Doing

This role reports to the Director of Business Development. The "BD" team initiates with potential new clients. Once clients are interested, this person will engage with the client directly to tailor a specific product to the clients' needs and work up a prototype. This is both a customer-facing role as well as a hands-on engineer. Solid communication skills are absolutely needed. This role does not support existing products at all, only new products with new customers. This person will do the proof-of-concept, prototype, all the way to installation.

The Business Development team is focused on growing the business by identifying and executing on opportunities in new markets. A critical part of this process is demonstrating technical feasibility and showing prospective customers and partners the value of a new use-case through a technical prototype. The Business Development Solutions Integrator will work closely with market managers to design, prioritize, and build working prototypes and initial deployments of data security solutions.

Our solutions typically involve a mix of existing hardware and software products combined with custom scripts and configuration. The Business Development Solution Integrator will design and implement a complete working system needed to demonstrate a functional use-case. Success will require an entrepreneurial approach to repurpose existing technology and apply rapid prototyping skills in building new solutions.

What You Need for this Position

We are open to junior, mid-level, and senior candidates for this role.


  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to travel to client sites roughly 20% of the year

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Experience in designing and integrating network security solutions
Understanding of embedded Linux administration and configuration
Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC, MQTT, MODBUS and networking protocols such as SNMP
Ability to write custom scripts using a language such as Perl, Python, or Java
ISSEP/CISSP Certification preferred

Work under general supervision of the Account Director at a GMP regulated facility maintaining FDA quality standards. Ensures optimum and efficient operations of steam plant, chilled water, and other electro-mechanical systems to achieve various facility operating strategies. Perform all work assigned within the constraints of the CBA and in accordance with all company and customer standards, policies, and safe work practices. Maintain compliance with all Department Operating Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. Job Description * Operate, maintain, adjust, and repair machines and equipment used to process and distribute: steam, process water, condensate and condenser, conditioned water for both heating and cooling, water for human consumption, sanitation and waste water, oil and gas, environmental monitoring of air and exhaust gasses, and compressed air and other utilities. * Operate and maintain building support equipment, including: cooling towers, evaporative condensers, centrifugal, reciprocating and scroll refrigeration equipment, variable volume fan systems, centrifugal and axial fans, heat pumps, pumps, compressors, generators, steam traps, heat exchangers, filters and filtration systems, louvers, vanes, mixing boxes, and other equipment. * Operate, maintain and adjust equipment using automated controls that conveys and distributes electricity to support the facility and building equipment. * Perform scheduled inspections to verify equipment and facilities are functioning within limits; observe, listen, and use test equipment to detect, document and repair leaks, malfunctions, and defective parts on machinery and systems. * Verify operating conditions of system operations at specified intervals by observing and interpreting readings on various gauges, meters, charts, and displays. * Log system operation and performance such as: run time, pressure, temperature, water levels, electrical load, analysis of flue gases, generator balance and equipment status. * Conduct process water testing using specified chemicals to maintain effectiveness; make necessary adjustments to pumps, softeners, and controllers. * Maintain equipment and machinery in working order by performing preventive maintenance and such tasks as tightening fittings, repacking bearings, replacing packing glands, gaskets, valves, recorders and gauges, and cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment or other components, using hand tools and power tools. * Provide work direction or assistance to other trades, to complete tasks related to operating and maintaining equipment and systems. Minimum Requirements * 5 or more years of Boiler Maintenance experience in a Bio-medical, Pharma environment; may be offset with relevant industrial technical training. * Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service. * Current State of Connecticut OE2 or S2 license. * High School diploma or GED. Knowledge: * English comprehension and Mathematics (Basic Level). * Understand building automation system methods and control logic such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Delta V Building Automation Systems. * Operating within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations policies and procedures.
