Your Role

Join Atlas Copco as a Network Scheduler where you will plan and maintain project specific schedules and assist project teams in the execution of unit orders. You will also monitor engineering and production milestones.

As the Network Scheduler, you will report to the Order Center Supervisor. This is a hybrid position located in Voorheesville, NY.

• You will create and customize job specific SAP network schedules for projects.

• You will resolve scheduling conflicts by working cross departmentally.

• You will maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.

• You will attend weekly meetings to monitor and report on engineering and production progress.

• You will support management, project teams, engineering, production, and internal customers to ensure on-time deliveries.

• You will evaluate current practices and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling projects.

• You will maintain master data including SAP Project/Network/WBS standards, production times, engineering durations, and supply chain lead times.

• You will work with project management identify important project planning items.

• You will work with operations scheduling to maintain project schedules.

• You will provide monthly project reports with scheduling tools.

• You have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling or equivalent experience.

• You understand MRP/ERP practices.

• You have a basic level of SAP project scheduling experience.

• You have computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Suite.

• The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000 annually.
