Network Operations Manager (remote US) Hours: 8am-5pm ET Position Location: WFH Here we grow again! Position Summary: Interact with customers on a regular basis and gain knowledge of their network, devices and services on the network along with ensuring any requests made by the customer are delivered and enabled on time. Team management as well as clear escalations. Core Responsibilities: Work with project Coordinators, Project Leads etc. to ensure all project related deliverables • Utilize analytical skills to resolve escalations • Ensure Comprehensive as well as details project execution plan with risk mitigation plan. • Ensure all project activities are performed on time as per quality requirement and within scope and budget • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report/escalate to management as needed • Present to stakeholders reports on progress, project status as well as problems and solutions • Perform gap analysis • Perform existing network audits Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum 4 years of experience working with Telco Enterprise clients/projects Experience of Working as Project Manager or Tech Lead in an enterprise Telco Network Experience working with Enterprise Service Delivery teams Knowledge of routing, switching, telco transport layer, mobility, ISP environments, LAN, WAN, Knowledge of IP, and Enterprise Network Preferences: Prior Delivery Lead experience in the telecom domain(AT&T, Verizon etc.) for enterprise customers Order Management(Comms)
