The Network Operation Intern is primarily responsible for maintain and analyze the Demographic information for Express Scripts providers and develop the automation process for the pharmacy credentialing process.

The Network Operation Intern will routinely complete large data analyses in Excel/SQL/R to validate, update, and analyze the pharmacy information. The Network Operation Intern will regularly assist in improving and refining analysis techniques using various tools that include, but may not be limited to, Excel VBA, SQL, and R.

The Network Operation Intern will assist in solving complex problems with cross-functional business partners both internally and externally to assist in ongoing workflow enhancements for demographic reports. The Network Operation Intern is expected to work independently with minimal guidance once trained.

What you will do:

  • Data cleansing, design and implement algorithms to tidy the unformatted data.

  • Support provider validation initiatives related to regulatory requirements and other projects related to process improvement related to collecting and verifying provider information.

  • Aggregate weekly reports regarding provider information and perform data analyses based on standard processes to ensure business partners are well aligned and equipped to be successful

  • Support internal teams for continuous process improvement with automation & process improvement using Excel, R or other analysis tools.

  • Responsible for projects from original concept through system implementation & maintenance

  • Other ad-hoc analytics or data verification tasks assigned

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Admin, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Governance, Programming or related field

  • Rising Senior or final year of Master's Program preferred

  • Must have database/programming skills including application development, experience with all MS Office applications, Visual Basic Application, SQL and R.

  • Familiar with Access and JAVA a plus

  • Experience in analysis, modeling, pricing &/or data management.

  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform complex data analysis and advanced problem-solving.

  • Knowledge of PBM business model

  • Analytical, highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

  • Capability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management

The Sr. Project Manager would lead the development of content/idea creation, facilitate evaluation of strategic ideas, create project framework to support cross-functional project execution, and be responsible for the overall organizational messaging and communication for project status. In this position, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of project plans, communication plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans to support new product implementation driven by the Retail Network team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Development and maintenance of project plans, communication plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans to support new product implementation driven by the Retail Network team. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Product, Sales) to ensure that designated projects execute as expected. * Ensure that proper procedures are followed to support required asks from impacted business teams. * Responsible for delivery and success of assigned projects. * Optimizes results within business and time constraints. * Leads meetings with cross-functional project team to assess status, support escalated issues, as they arise and drive resolution. * Assist in the establishment of the strategic direction while acting as a liaison between business and other cross-functional teams to execute projects, resolve issues, monitor results and provide status updates. * Work together with other team members to align on project management techniques for continued learning and growth. * Act as liaison with external clients/partners as needed to support strategic business initiatives.
