We are looking for an experienced Network Onboarding Specialist to join our Clinical/Network team. This role would be responsible for daily onboarding operations, provider communications, and process improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who loves innovation, operations, and wants to bring their talents into a for purpose space. About This Role

  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows in the onboarding platforms (Fountain, Quest, Talkspace Admin/product, etc.); report on enrollment trends
  • Ensure an efficient onboarding processes (smooth phase changes, contracting, etc.), guaranteeing smooth provider maintenance processes (providers' account changes, etc.)
  • Learn, document and execute all requirements related to onboarding, making strategic decisions in communication with applicants via Zendesk, etc.
  • Assure that the provider offboarding process is streamlined, comprehensive and effective
  • Learn, document and execute all requirements related to offboarding, making strategic decisions in communication with applicants via Zendesk, and phasing out providers
  • Collaborate with the team on managing the workflow, improving processes, and ensure daily key tasks are completed
  • Implement and execute the lab process for prescribers, coordinating with the vendor as needed
  • Own and implement new enrollment-related projects end-to-end
  • Report on process improvements feedback across all responsibilities stated above


About You

  • Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing degree) preferred
  • 1 year of project management experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Communicate effectively (verbal & written) and are able to sell ideas and clearly explain findings
  • At ease with ambiguity
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment

Join our team and help make a difference! Overview Job Summary: The Onboarding and Sourcing Specialist will provide iCIMS support to hiring managers and candidates. They will serve as the primary point person responsible for holding the process together, providing oversight to ensure that all aspects of onboarding activities and communications are completed in a timely manner. This role will involve coordinating interactions with the entire HR team to ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience. Major Duties: As an Onboarding Administrator: Provide support to hiring managers by: * Creating jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews * Following up on job and offer approvals * Sending employment application iForms * Performing telephone references * Uploading documents (Salary Calculation Worksheet, interview notes, etc.) into iCIMS * Conducting regular check-ins with hiring managers to provide status updates Provide support to candidates including by: * Following up with candidate email communications * Administrative and project support (password and login resets) * Monitoring candidate progress with onboarding iForms * Providing phone and web-based technical assistance with completing iForms * Assisting with clearance scheduling and follow-ups * using Skype for Business to conduct remote access support when necessary Provide support to the Assistant Director of OD and Talent Acquisition by: * Run daily, weekly and monthly audits * Conduct live and webinar-based iCIMS Hiring Manager trainings * Suggest ways to streamline and optimize the onboarding process As a Sourcer: Provide support to recruiting department including by: * Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates for recruiters * Craft and send recruitment emails and text campaigns * Coordinating with recruiters to determine position requirements * Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires * Managing the company's candidate database (iCIMS) Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition; or a college degree in Human Resource Management with 2-3 years of relevant work experience * Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking and onboarding software highly preferred * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills * Must be proficient in business software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel * Able to work both independently and as part of a team Additional Information Good Shepherd Services is an equal opportunity employer that is proudly committed to becoming an anti-racist and multicultural organization that stands up for justice and equity.
